Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using prevvi.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our services

The Site provides information about Prevvi's managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI automation services. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement or statement of work). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If any area of the Site requires registration, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, integrity, or security;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content except as expressly permitted;
• upload malware or transmit any harmful or disruptive code;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Prevvi name and brand, and software — are owned by Prevvi or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party services & links

The Site may reference or link to third-party products, services, and websites. We provide these for convenience and don't endorse or assume responsibility for them; your use of any third-party offering is subject to that third party's terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prevvi and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prevvi harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that isn't subject to a separate services agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
